Delivery, Refunds & Returns

Delivery to the UK Mainland. Delivery to the UK Mainland and Northern Ireland will be via Royal Mail and the costs of postage and packaging will be applied at checkout. 

Delivery to all EU countries will be by Royal Mail International Tracked and the costs of postage and packaging will be applied at checkout.

Delivery to USA, Australia and the rest of the World will be by Royal Mail International Tracked and the costs of postage and packaging will be applied at checkout.

For EU, USA and other International deliveries the buyer is responsible for paying all additional tax and customs duties that may be levied by the destination country.  If you want items to be posted by International Tracked & Signed please contact us before you place your order so that we can arrange for this option. 

Returns

We have a 14 day return policy whereby you can return your purchase for any reason whatsoever. If you wish to return a product please contact us within 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and we will provide you with a return address.   To be eligible for a return under our 14 return guarantee, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. If you discover a fault with any item you purchased from directly after the expiry of our 14 day return policy please contact for our refund policy.

 Exceptions

We will not accept returns on any custom made or personalised products unless they are faulty or have not been made to the agreed specifications .   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
